YY-706 雙軸自動(dòng)交換切臺(tái)
用途
適用于BOPP/PVC/PE/美紋紙/PE泡棉/保護(hù)膜等之分切。
特點(diǎn)
1.主機(jī)傳動(dòng)部分：采用臺(tái)灣AC馬達(dá)搭配變頻器作為切卷材料傳動(dòng)，加減速穩(wěn)定快速。
2.中央控制單元：使用可程序中央控制，同軸中可設(shè)定十多種一次性自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換切割，做到無(wú)人操作自動(dòng)完成。
3.操作面板部分：操作接口采用7寸LCD觸摸屏，可直接在屏幕上設(shè)定各種切卷?xiàng)l件及運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)裝況。
4.電機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)：中央控制系統(tǒng)為PLC可程式控制器，同軸中可設(shè)定多種尺寸，電腦于切割時(shí)自動(dòng)調(diào)整切割寬度。
5.切卷定位系統(tǒng)：使用三菱伺服馬達(dá)控制，高精度進(jìn)口滾珠螺桿進(jìn)行尺寸定位及使用線性滑軌承載刀座，定位動(dòng)作**平順。
6.進(jìn)刀定位系統(tǒng)：使用臺(tái)灣伺服馬達(dá)控制進(jìn)刀方式，可擬人化做兩段式速度進(jìn)刀切卷，提高效率并得到**好品質(zhì)。
7.圓刀自動(dòng)角度調(diào)整：使用進(jìn)口步進(jìn)馬達(dá)計(jì)算圓刀角度轉(zhuǎn)向，因應(yīng)不同材料做不同角度變化(角度調(diào)整范圍±8°) 當(dāng)切割平面不佳時(shí)，可直接變換切割角度，可減少換刀次數(shù)，避免了手動(dòng)調(diào)角度的麻煩，大大提高生產(chǎn)效率。
8.快速換軸裝置：本機(jī)其有兩種切割軸可供選用，采用快速換軸方式，因應(yīng)不同材料需求。

YY-706 Full Automatic double Shafts Exchange Cutting Machine
Application:
Suitable for bopp, masking, foil tape, foam tape, pvc, pe, double sided, duct tape, sealing tape, non woven, cloth , etc.
Feature；
1. Main driving part: Taiwan AC motor with inverter is employed.
2. Central control unit: Programmable central control is used and 20 sizes can be set on the same shaft for auto transfer and cutting.
3. Operating panel: All functions are operated on the 7" LCD touch panel.
4. Motor control system: The central control system is PLC programmable controller.
5. Cutting positioning system: Cutting positioning is controlled by Mitsubishi servo motor. The imported high precision ball screw is applied to set the size and the linear slide rail is to bear the load of the cutter seat.
6. Blade feeding positioning system: Blade feeding is controlled by Mitsubishi servo motor, and the cutting speed is adjustable in three stages.
7. Auto angle adjustment of circular blade: Mitsubishi servo motoris used to calculate the circular blade angle and the angle change is subject to different materials (the angle change range is ±8°).
8. Auto exchange device: cylinder-driven position spline gear is used to ensure fast & precise exchange; non-stop machine to save material loading & unloading time and improve efficiency.
9. Quick shaft change system: Three kinds of shafts are available and quick change of shafts is applied for different materials.
