YY-705D 單軸全自動切卷機
用途
適用于BOPP/PVC/PE/美紋紙/進口**雙面膠帶/牛皮紙膠帶/導電泡棉膠/布基/工業膠帶/保護膜等之分切。
特點
1.主機傳動部分：采用臺灣AC馬達搭配變頻器作為切卷材料傳動，加減速穩定快速。
2.中央控制單元：使用可程序中央控制，同軸中可設定多種尺寸**20種模式）一次性自動轉換切割，做到無人操作自動完成。
3.操作面板部分：操作接口采用LCD觸控屏10寸，可直接在屏幕上設定各種切卷條件及運轉裝況。
4.電機控制系統：中央控制系統為PLC可程式控制器，同軸中可設定多種尺寸，電腦于切割時自動調整切割寬度。
5.切卷定位系統：使用日、歐洲系列品牌伺服馬達控制，高精度進口滾珠螺桿進行尺寸定位及使用線性滑軌承載刀座，定位動作**平順。
6.進刀定位系統：使用日、歐洲系列品牌伺服馬達控制進刀方式，可擬人化做三段式速度進刀切卷，提高效率并得到**好品質。
7.圓刀自動角度調整：使用日、歐洲系列品牌的伺服馬達計算圓刀角度轉向，因應不同材料做不同角度變化(角度調整范圍±8°) 當切割平面不佳時，可直接變換切割角度，可減少換刀次數，避免了手動調角度的麻煩，大大提高生產效率。
8.快速換軸裝置：本機其有兩種切割軸可供選用，采用快速換軸方式，因應不同材料需求。
9.（選配）內置雙馬達自動磨刀機，始終保持刀口鋒利，操作簡便。
10.（選配）安裝了大型安全防護罩，大大提高了機器操作的安全性能。
