YY-706 雙軸自動交換切臺
用途 
適用于BOPP/PVC/PE/美紋紙/PE泡棉/保護膜等之分切。
特點
1.主機傳動部分：采用臺灣AC馬達搭配變頻器作為切卷材料傳動，加減速穩定快速。
2.中央控制單元：使用可程序中央控制，同軸中可設定十多種一次性自動轉換切割，做到無人操作自動完成。
3.操作面板部分：操作接口采用7寸LCD觸摸屏，可直接在屏幕上設定各種切卷條件及運轉裝況。
4.電機控制系統：中央控制系統為PLC可程式控制器，同軸中可設定多種尺寸，電腦于切割時自動調整切割寬度。
5.切卷定位系統：使用三菱伺服馬達控制，高精度進口滾珠螺桿進行尺寸定位及使用線性滑軌承載刀座，定位動作**平順。
6.進刀定位系統：使用臺灣伺服馬達控制進刀方式，可擬人化做兩段式速度進刀切卷，提高效率并得到**好品質。
7.圓刀自動角度調整：使用進口步進馬達計算圓刀角度轉向，因應不同材料做不同角度變化(角度調整范圍±8°) 當切割平面不佳時，可直接變換切割角度，可減少換刀次數，避免了手動調角度的麻煩，大大提高生產效率。
8.快速換軸裝置：本機其有兩種切割軸可供選用，采用快速換軸方式，因應不同材料需求。

YY-706   Full  Automatic double Shafts Exchange Cutting Machine
Application:

Suitable for bopp, masking, foil tape, foam tape, pvc, pe, double sided, duct tape, sealing tape, non woven, cloth , etc.

Feature；

1. Main driving part: Taiwan AC motor with inverter is employed.

2. Central control unit: Programmable central control is used and 20 sizes can be set on the same shaft for auto transfer and cutting.

3. Operating panel: All functions are operated on the 7" LCD touch panel.

4. Motor control system: The central control system is PLC programmable controller.

5. Cutting positioning system: Cutting positioning is controlled by Mitsubishi servo motor. The imported high precision ball screw is applied to set the size and the linear slide rail is to bear the load of the cutter seat.

6. Blade feeding positioning system: Blade feeding is controlled by Mitsubishi servo motor, and the cutting speed is adjustable in three stages.

7. Auto angle adjustment of circular blade: Mitsubishi servo motoris used to calculate the circular blade angle and the angle change is subject to different materials (the angle change range is ±8°).

8. Auto exchange device: cylinder-driven position spline gear is used to ensure fast & precise exchange; non-stop machine to save material loading & unloading time and improve efficiency.


9. Quick shaft change system: Three kinds of shafts are available and quick change of shafts is applied for different materials.
